LORETTO, Pa. – Saint Francis women's lacrosse Head Coach Kara Concheck has announced the addition of assistant coach Margaret Wolford to her coaching staff.

Wolford comes to Saint Francis as a four-year player at Fresno State University, where she was teammates with Concheck. During her time at FSU, she was named to the MPSF All-Academic Team (2011, 2012, 2013), as well as being named the Bulldogs' offensive team MVP in 2010. She graduated with a degree in General Kinesiology in 2013.

"Margaret brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for the game with her to Saint Francis, and I am thrilled for her to be a part of our Red Flash lacrosse unit. She is familiar with what it takes to build a successful program, and we are excited for the direction in which we are heading," said Concheck.

After her career at Fresno State, Wolford started her coaching career at Otterbein University, where she was with the Cardinals for one season. She went on to coach at Smith College for two years, where she earned her Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Studies.
