Biography
SENIOR (2017-18) – At the NEC Championships, finished seventh in the 100 Butterfly (57.29), eighth in the 50 Freestyle (24.12), the fifth-fastest time in program history, and ninth in the 100 Backstroke (58.75). Contributed to a third-place finish in the 200 Freestyle Relay (1:34.39), the fifth-best time at SFU… At Bowling Green (9/29), placed second in the 200 Freestyle Relay (1:39.43)… In the Justin Jennings Invite (10/6), placed 14th in the 100 Butterfly (1:01.61) and 20th in the 100 Freestyle (56.64). Part of an eighth-place finish in the 400 Freestyle Relay (3:44.82), ninth in the 200 Freestyle Relay (1:41.94) and 10th in the 200 Medley Relay (1:54.85)… At the Northeast Catholic Invitational (10/13), finished 14th in the 100 Butterfly (1:01.61), 17th in the 100 Freestyle (56.36) and 18th in the 50 Freestyle (25.75). Finished second in the 200 Freestyle Relay (1:39.39) and 400 Freestyle Relay (3:37.84)… In a dual meet at Wagner (10/28), finished third in the 100 Butterfly (1:00.75), won the 400 Freestyle Relay (3:36.40) and finished third in the 200 Medley Relay (1:50.71)… At LIU Brooklyn (11/4), won the 100 Butterfly (1:00.83) and 200 Freestyle Relay (1:39.82). Placed third in the 50 Freestyle (26.18) and 200 Medley Relay (1:53.21)… At the Western PA Invite (1/27), finished 14th in the 50 Freestyle (25.43) and 17th in the 100 Butterfly (1:00.88) as well as 10th in the 200 Freestyle Relay (1:41.50) and 13th in the 200 Medley Relay (1:54.35).
JUNIOR (2016-17) – Served as captain during the 2016-17 season. Established a Top 10 time at SFU in the 100-yard Backstroke (8th, 58.16)… At the NEC Championships, finished sixth in the 100-yard Butterfly (56.82), 14th in the 100-yard Backstroke (58.47) and 16th in the 100-yard Freestyle (53.22)… At the Colgate Fall Classic, finished seventh in the 100-yard Butterfly (1:00.69). Contributed to a third-place finish in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay (3:39.54) and a fourth-place finish in the 200-yard Freestyle Relay (1:40.33)… Earned three Top 10 finishes at the Northeast Catholic Invitational, including the 50-yard Freestyle (8th, 25.32), 100-yard Butterfly (5th, 1:00.82) and 100-yard Backstroke (1:03.54). Helped to earn relay wins in the 200-yard Freestyle (1:38.94) and 400-yard Freestyle (3:38.14)… Against LIU Brooklyn (10/29), placed second in the 100-yard Backstroke (1:02.24) and contributed to a second-place finish in the 200-yard Medley Relay (1:51.35)… Against Lock Haven (12/3), contributed to wins in the 200-yard Freestyle Relay (1:43.27) and 400-yard Freestyle Relay (3:48.78)… At Youngstown State(1/13), earned third-place finishes in the 100-yard Backstroke (1:04.37) and 100-yard Butterfly (1:01.72)… Placed second in the 50-yard Freestyle against Siena (1/19), with a time of 25.49… At the Western PA Invitational, finished 10th in the 100-yard Butterfly (1:01.76) and contributed to a fourth-place finish in the 200-yard Freestyle Relay (1:39.49).
SOPHOMORE (2015-16) – Earned a sixth-place finish in the 100-yard Butterfly at the NEC Championships, with a career-best time of 56.28, which ranks third in program history. Placed 10th in the 50-yard Freestyle, with a pace of 24.06, and 14th in the 100-yard Freestyle, with a time of 52.48, both career-bests. Also had a new best-time in the 100-yard Backstroke, with a mark of 58.17, which ranks seventh in program history… Combined with Mary Kish, Katie Lafferty and Catherine Rogers in the 200-yard Freestyle at the NEC Championships, finishing second with a time of 1:34.00, a new program-record. Also teamed with Lafferty, Rogers and Jessie Reilly to come in fourth in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay, with a pace of 3:31.83… Had four Top Three finishes in the 100-yard Butterfly this season, including a win at St. Francis Brooklyn (10/10), with a time of 1:00.39. Also had a win in the 100-yard Freestyle, with a pace of 55.59… Earned four Top Three finishes in the 100-yard Backstroke and a third-place finish in the 50-yard Freestyle this year… Combined with Amanda Crnic, Jessica Crumm and Ava Shahdadian for a win in the 200-yard Freestyle Relay at St. Francis Brooklyn, with a time of 1:43.48. The team of Tiberino, Lafferty, Reilly and Rogers won the 200-yard Freestyle Relay against Wagner(11/14) and Youngstown State(1/30)… In the 400-yard Freestyle Relay, combined with Lafferty, Reilly and Emma Karell for a victory against Duquesne(12/5), with a time of 3:37.24.
FRESHMAN (2014-15) – Swam a 25.88 in the 50-yd free and a 1:01.78 in the 100-yd butterfly in two third-place finishes … came in fourth against Mount St. Mary’s in the 100-yard backstroke (1:03.69) … finished 20th in the 50 backstroke at the Cleveland State meet (29.50)... Finished eighth in the conference in the 100-yard Butterfly with a time of 57.50... Finished 13th in the NEC in the 100-yard Backstroke with a time of 58.83.
