SOPHOMORE (2018-19) – Against Bowling Green (9/28), finished 10th in the 100 Butterfly, fourth in the 5x100 Freestyle Relay, 11th in the 200 IM and ninth in the 200 Freestyle Relay...At the New England Catholic Invite (10/6), finished 16th in the 200 Freestyle Relay (3:52.22), 35th in the 200 IM (2:26.26), 21st in the 400 IM (5:02.30), 34th in the 200 Backstroke (2:22.21)...At the Tom Stubbs Relays, finished fifth in the 3x100 Backstroke Relay (3:24.11), sixth in the 100 Medley Relay (59.84) and tenth in the 400 Freestyle Relay (4:14.34)...Against Wagner (10/27), competed in the 200 Butterfly (2:22.43), competed in the 200 Backstroke (2:24.64) and competed in the 200 IM (2:32.82)...Against LIU Brooklyn (11/3), competed in the 200 Butterfly (2:18.83), in the 200 Backstroke (2:19.96) and the 200 IM (2:25.54)...Against California University of Pennsylvania (11/7), finished fourth in the 1000 Freestyle (11:57.82) and competed in the 200 Backstroke (2:27.27)...

FRESHMAN (2017-18) – At the Justin Jennings Invite (10/6), finished 14th in the 400 IM (4:56.57) and 15th in the 200 Backstroke (2:18.11) and 200 Butterfly (2:20.01). Finished 25th in the 200 IM (2:20.24) and helped the 200 Freestyle Relay team to a time of 1:50.19… At the Northeast Catholic Invite (10/13), placed 16th in the 400 IM (4:45.48), 18th in the 200 Butterfly (2:19.51) and 19th in the 200 Backstroke (2:18.45). Helped the 200 Medley Relay team to a time of 2:04.30… In the meet at LIU Brooklyn (11/4), finished second in the 200 Butterfly (2:16.51)… At the Magnus Cup (11/17), posted times of 2:25.18 in the 200 IM, 4:58.14 in the 400 IM, 2:19.79 in the 200 Backstroke and 2:21.56 in the 200 Butterfly.

BEFORE SFU - Hale swam at Walla Walla High School for head coach Nancy Rose.  She competed as a state finalist all four years.  She earned Second Team All-Conference honors as a sophomore and a junior after being an honorable mention selection as a freshman.  She was the team’s most valuable swimmer in 2015.  She has career-best times of 5:17.01 in the 500-yard Freestyle, 18:18.35 in the 1,650-yard Freestyle, 2:10.45 in the 200-yard Backstroke, 2:12.21 in the 200-yard Butterfly and 4:40.44 in the 400-yard IM.  Hale is a member of the National Honor Society.
