FRESHMAN (2017-18) – At the NEC Championships, recorded times of 1:05.69 in the 100 Breaststroke, placing 10th, and 2:22.84 in the 200 Breaststroke, finishing 17th.  Her 100 Breaststroke time ranks seventh all-time at SFU, while her 200 Breaststroke mark is eighth all-time.  Fravel helped the 200 Medley Relay team to a time of 1:47.69, the 10th-best in program history… At the Northeast Catholic Invitational (10/13), placed sixth in the 100 Breaststroke (1:09.84), ninth in the 200 Breaststroke (2:32.56) and 17th in the 100 Butterfly (1:02.04). Helped the 200 Freestyle Relay team to a seventh-place finish (1:43.61) and the 400 Freestyle Relay team to a ninth-place finish (3:49.18)… Led the 400 Freestyle Relay squad to a third-place finish in the meet vs. Wagner (10/28)… At the LIU Brooklyn (11/4) meet, won the 200 Breaststroke (2:30.61) and finished second in the 100 Breaststroke (1:09.58). Helped the 200 Medley Relay team to a second-place finish (1:51.45)… At the ECAC Winter Championships (12/1), placed 29th in the 200 Breaststroke (2:31.29) and 33rd in the 100 Breaststroke (1:08.98)… Helped the 200 Medley Relay team to a second place finish (1:52.44) at the Siena (1/20) meet… At the Western PA Invite (1/27) finished 12th in the 100 Breaststroke (1:07.98) and 15th in the 200 Breaststroke (2:34.18) as well as helping the 200 Medley Relay team to a 13th-place finish (1:54.35).

BEFORE SFU - Fravel competed at Selinsgrove Area High School.  She qualified for the Pennsylvania State Championships all four years.  In 2017, she placed fifth in the 100-yard Breaststroke, with a time of 1:05.47, a career-best.  She has career-best times of 2:22.89 in the 200-yard Breaststroke and 2:11.95 in the 200-yard IM. She earned All-State honors in the 100-yard Breaststroke and was honorable mention All-State in the 200-yard IM. She was also a District champion in the 100-yard Breaststroke and 100-yard Freestyle. Fravel was also a member of the tennis and track and field teams at Selinsgrove
