Kevin Donner led the Saint Francis U men’s and women’s cross country and track and field programs for five years from 1996-2001. During those years, his teams combined for five Northeast Conference Championships. SFU won the NEC women’s cross country championship in 1997 and then won back-to-back men’s cross country championships in 2000 and 2001. In the middle of those back-to-back men’s titles, he was named the top men’s cross country mentor in 2000 in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Donner’s men’s team also won the 2001 NEC indoor and outdoor track and field championships.

Donner won the NEC Coach of the Year seven different times during his tenure at Saint Francis U. He coached 40 student-athletes to individual NEC titles, 27 All-NEC performers, nine U.S. Junior National qualifiers, two Canadian National Qualifiers, and six CoSIDA Academic All-America selections. One of Donner’s top distance student-athletes Brian Sell competed in the marathon in the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, China.

All 81 men’s and women’s indoor and outdoor track and field school records were shattered under Donner’s watch.
