One of the most accomplished offensive women’s soccer players in Saint Francis U history, Kristen Arnott has her name on many categories throughout the record book. She graduated tied as the leader in total points with 81 and third in goals with 31. She is also third all-time in assists at Saint Francis with 19.

Her creativity on the attack was on full display during a record-setting performance on October 18, 2000. Against Youngstown State, Arnott scored seven goals and added two assists for a total of 16 points. The seven goals and 16 points stand as NCAA Division I records. That performance helped propel her to an All-NEC First Team selection that season. It was a year that finished with the Red Flash qualifying for the Northeast Conference tournament for just the second time in program history.

In 2001, Arnott was a CoSIDA Academic All-America selection and was also named to the All-NEC Second Team. She wrapped her career with a nod as the 2002 Wallace Athletic Award winner, given to Saint Francis’ most outstanding senior female student-athlete.
